Higher-ups say they stated things to you, but I have no memory of. I feel so gaslit by management.

No pay when client cancelled after already driving to the location.

-Decent hourly pay -Flexible schedule -Competent supervisors -Understanding to conflicts when you need to be off work

Cons

-PTO set amount for position rather than hours worked -$15 an hour for any training hours despite length of time as an employee and expected to drive to clinic for training despite trainings being online modules that take less than 15 mins. -Drive time is not paid -Difficult to get a schedule that meets a 40 hour work week due to cancellations -Expected to go to work/client homes in inclement weather or use PTO
