My experience at Abramson was extremely stressful and ultimately unsustainable. The workload was overwhelming, with constant pressure to meet aggressive metrics while managing an excessive number of cases. The expectations did not align with the resources provided, and it often felt like leadership prioritized numbers over employee well-being. The environment was high-pressure on a daily basis, and burnout felt inevitable. There was little room for error, and the stress level impacted morale significantly. Work-life balance was nearly nonexistent, and the pace rarely allowed for a moment to reset. Turnover is so high, you will meet someone one day and then they are gone the next.

management is horrible filled with clueless people, they keep chasing unrealistic goals and numbers almost harrasing team to meet their expectations. All the teams in Workers comp are outsourced to other countries except a few, which leaves people scrambling to get things done. Everyone working here is always frustrated to deal with over 1,000 cases per person. If you work here, be mentally prepared to be abused by all the clients constantly.
