Pros

If you're experienced and looking for a slower-paced environment this company can offer that. This will only remain true if you deliberately choose not to engage in leadership or workplace politics. Conversely, if you are proficient in sycophancy you will go far here. I will never judge anyone for using all the tools in their repertoire. For individuals without prior industry experience, the firm offers an entry point. The Abramson brand lacks stopping power and struggles to attract talent. The threshold for entry is subsequently low. The support staff and middle management are approachable and friendly.

Cons

Those seeking long-term growth or professional development may find the experience limiting. The educational resources could benefit from further development. Establishment of mentorship programs would be beneficial. That being said, the current structure can provide a launching point for those new to the industry. The company culture reflects certain startup traits, which may not be a fit for everyone. Internal processes and management practices are still maturing, which often lead to inconsistencies or redundancies. Strategic directions are often adhered to rigidly, only to be abruptly abandoned without clear communication or rationale. While creativity is encouraged in principle, in practice it may not always be supported. Despite the open-door policy, sharing feedback does not always result in constructive outcomes and can at times be met with defensiveness. Experiences with leadership can vary, and communication from management is sometimes unclear or changes direction unexpectedly.
