The work life balance at ALG is amazing. The firm is a growing firm. The partners goal is to positively impact as many people who need help as possible.

Cons

Growing pains can mean shifting approaches. Partners don't let poor processes stick around for long which means changes.

Pros

From the moment I stepped into ALG, I immediately noticed the friendly work environment and the great relationship between the partners and their employees. I am so fortunate to have been hired to work at ALG and that the partners see potential in what I can bring to the firm. The partners are easy to communicate with and there is plenty of room for growth for those willing to put in the work. Free parking, drinks, and snacks are provided to all employees to enjoy.

Cons

Nothing negative to say. Great environment to be working in!
