      Work from home flexibility is a plus.

      Cons

      Pay is not, and does not, line up with the industry. Not much emphasis is placed on personal development and there seemed to be very little hiring from within for more senior roles.

      Transparency from management is lacking and support can feel fake. At times can feel more like a number than an employee. Can feel unrewarding to go above and beyond.
