So many meetings. Ineffective managers, the team would bring feedback and the manager would just nod and implement no changes. Onboarding and training were awful. Some tenured employees were extremely difficult to work with and management knew it but did nothing about it. Constantly losing team members, the leadership team always blamed others instead of themselves. Workload was unevenly distributed. Stand ups are scheduled at the top of the morning and at 5pm. Work life balance was difficult. Product was awful, although some of their solutions may work , the product we were working on was antiquated and difficult to navigate for customers.

- Because it is a fast growing company, sometimes feel shortage on people. The good thing is that the company is continuously hiring. I think it is understandable that it takes time to do interviews and get people on board. But there are gap times when workload gets higher than expected and have to be like that for a bit until new hire joins.
