Pros
This is an amazing place to work. Great office space, awesome culture and company perks, strong leadership team, solid comp and benefits, and our future is incredibly bright. I actually feel like I'm building something special here and get to make a daily impact. In terms of people I am surrounded by some of the brightest, funniest, and most thoughtful human beings I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. My leaders genuinely care about me and empower/trust me to do my job. New leaders in ops, product, development, and sales really seem to know their stuff and are accelerating the pace of change and making us better.
And, I'm hesitant to bring up the free food...but...I can't help myself. Our delicious, daily, FREE lunches are always a highlight of my day and give us all an excuse to stop what we're doing, get together as a company, and connect. Oh, and the monthly all-hands and department-sponsored happy hours that follow are a lot of fun!
Cons
Growing pains, but I guess that's to be expected. We aren't an instantly recognizable name in the Austin tech world yet, but I think that will change soon enough. I honestly can't think of anything else.
