      Pros

      BKTB has a philosophy of being totally open with their employees. I felt this was very true in many ways. Their monthly company meetings told all, their TV's in house constantly showed what was going on with customer feedback, employee ideas, etc. All managers had an open door policy. And employees were recognized regularly. Any negative items were just as transparent.

      Cons

      Sometimes if management didn't see things the same way the employee or customer saw it, they would ignore it, rather than try to find a way to get on the same page. Not often, but enough where employees noticed it.

      Thanks for taking time to comment on your experience at Banker's Toolbox. I appreciate the positive feedback and wish our paths had crossed. Your feedback relates to time prior to my tenure, but I pledge that it will be incorporated regardless. Specifically, we will work to address issues and concerns 100% of the time. One of my guiding principles that I shared with the company when introduced last month is that integrity can be measured by one's "say-do ratio". What I say and what I do should be consistent. This is a value that I will try to model and drive throughout the company. As you stated in your review, Banker's Toolbox is really good at this but can be better.       Superb people, transparent operation, team mentality

      Pros

      No silos - employees understand that entire company is a unit. Management respects employees and is transparent; sales, profits, goals regularly, openly shared at company-wide monthly staff meetings When goals are met, company does something fun as a group as a reward. Free lunches provided, which encourages people across the company to sit together and associate across teams, including C level folks Management actively seeks input of employees for areas of improvement Some very smart people to learn from work there!

      Cons

      Pay could be more competitive, but when you factor in the perks, it's not far off

      Pros

      Great colleagues. Everyone is pretty great about pitching in and helping. Benefits package is great (unlimited PTO, Health, and 401K match) Lower Management (not upper) is good and they try to filter pressures when they can.

      Cons

      Upper Management is like a frat club. Seems to be a more favorable environment for men. Goals are not realistic Territories shrink year over year. Low base pay that is not aligned with industry standards.
