      Pros

      They are working hard on building company culture to help employees advance and have decent technology in the market place. Strong commitment to customers and advancing competitiveness in the market place.

      Cons

      Management was vague and misleading on performance based compensation plans and often would not fulfill obligation after the fact. Getting paid as agreed upon always felt like a monthly negotiation and audit. Employees that did not go through this exercise would get shorted on pay without knowing it.
