      Very excited about new management, the New C levels are going to take us to new heights. Amazing culture, Free lunch every day. I enjoy my job, i work with great people

      Still working on getting everyone on the same page. lots of odd little systems that only 1 or 2 people know about and use

We will absolutely be working to break down silos, get everyone aligned on priorities, simplify our operations/systems, and unleash our great people to deliver great results.       Great place to work where employees are treated very well

      Pros

      Management/coworkers are competent, caring, and professional. Each employee gets his/her own office. Nice family-friendly atmosphere. Great benefits like free lunch, 3 weeks vacation + 1 week off at Christmas, on-site game room, etc. Lot of opportunities to learn new things.

      Cons

      It would be nice to have a clearer picture of what to expect for career path opportunities within the company.
