There exists poor level C management at a time when companies who service banks cannot afford to have such expenditures of time, resources, and efforts.

Micromanagement, Very little if any coaching from management ( had to push for guidance or ask questions), very low pay, horrible communication

Work from home, good colleagues, used to pay competitive wages.

Cons

These software sales positions no longer pay even close to marketplace comp. Leadership has cut commissions in half and don’t seem to care too much about it. I won’t be shocked if they are left with no sales team before the end of the year. Very unfortunate.
