      Pros

      Feels like a family rather than a workplace sometimes. Competent employees, customer happiness first approach. Customers are happy with core products.

      Cons

      Too many old technologies still in use. Slow to progress. Best employees end up leaving for whatever reason.

      Pros

      Practical, fast decision making, management with good integrity, value what customer values.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better – but there are other benefits that is not common in typical company - private office, workout gym, free lunch (very good quality) and soft drinks, snacks, fruits, game room, ping pong table, etc…

      management is a joke. Some days it would take hours to get a question answered via teams and they provide no direction.
