      Pros

      Flexible with working from home and in office during COVID Great benefits! They are always working to enhance our employee benefits and even adding perks like Wellness Week in October with a $1,000 stipend for a trip Lots of employee groups that are very inclusive Everyone is always willing and able to help especially when you are new CEO is very transparent and doing everything he can to protect his employees

      Pros

      Abrigo is a great company with strong leadership. Managers try their best to look out for your interest. Product team employees are so smart and fun.

      Cons

      They could use more diversity in engineering leadership. Also, the policy where the low level employees don't get bonuses is exclusive and makes it feel like the company doesn't appreciate their contributions.
