Thanks for the review and feedback. Our people and culture are our best asset and you acknowledge this in the review. As for diversity, I agree with you that we can always do better and we are committed to do so. We want to be the company everyone wants to join and no one wants to leave. We've started several employee resource groups which include the Abrigo Women's Group, Pride and Allies Group, and DARE (racial diversity). Members of the C-Team are exec sponsors on each. I am the exec sponsor for DARE. It's not the full answer, but one of the steps. For diversity, we are also focused on ensuring we have a welcoming and safe environment and culture. We also want to ensure we hire the best person for the job and that we are sourcing to ensure we fully cast the net to do so. Abrigo is also doing hiring manager training, interviewer training, and unconscious bias training. These are just some of the steps and I hope that helps any reader of the review with some facts and context. As for the ratio of developers to product owners, we strive to ensure that this ratio is balanced so that the developer has plenty of work coming in each sprint from the product owner.
