      Pros

      If you are a self-starter, this is a great place to grow. There is plenty of opportunity to learn - if you proactively seek ownership, if you proactively seek to improve the people and systems around you, you will thrive. Although your experiences/background matter in the hiring process, it's about the attitude that you bring to work.

      Cons

      These things are all improving, but for the time being there needs to be a greater focus on mentorship and more formal growth. A focus on the individual is increasing, and with this comes a focus on team dynamics.
