      Pros

      Very flexible; I've set my own schedule and working location since pre-COVID. My team is incredibly collaborative and supportive, and we have close and constructive relationships with several others. Competitive salary and benefits. The company was stronger and more people-focused than most of our peers during the pandemic.

      Cons

      We're in a competitive industry, so demands can be high. We have some fairly specific products, so sometimes you and your team won't have anything to do with the biggest priorities for the company. External factors (economy, pandemic, etc.) can have a big effect on our customers.
