Pros

The people are hard working, intelligent, and very kind. Everyone seems genuine, and you are given a good bit of autonomy, plus good work is recognized.

Cons

It can be rather stressful and a lot is expected of you, but not through micromanagement- there's just a strong culture of accountability. Very few people work 40 hour weeks, but the hours aren't crazy either.

Cons

There really aren't any downsides. It is a great company with great coworkers. Most positions can also be remote.
