Pros

This company really does care about you. Not just what you can do for the company, but about you as an individual. I have never worked at a place that they wants the best for you. They really do believe that if the employees are happy then they will make the customer happy and it works. Management listens to the workers and tries it's best to make sure that we are taken care of

Cons

The only con would be I wish we had time for more training, but right now we are all so busy that there is not a lot of time.

Pros

It's a very laid back environment. No micromanagement (BIG plus). Comfortable dress code definitely applies here. You never go hungry at this POE.

Cons

They don't promote telecommuting/working remotely (not even part-time)
