Employees are truly the first concern. Daniel and his team take time to make sure that the employees are happy - and in turn create happy customers.

Cons

We work for what we earn, and lazy people that don't want to work will not last at this company.

Free Lunch Good pay (and paying internships, wow!) Chill co-workers Casual and fun company culture Ping pong and video games in the break room Work relevant to your field of interest

Cons

The more casual atmosphere can get some getting used to. Definitely do your work professionally, but your boss and co-workers can be surprisingly irreverent (especially Daniel), so relax. Occasional intern busywork. You should expect that everywhere. All's fair in love, war and ping pong. Smack talk abounds (this may be a pro).
