      Practical, fast decision making, management with good integrity, value what customer values.

      Cons

      Compensation could be better – but there are other benefits that is not common in typical company - private office, workout gym, free lunch (very good quality) and soft drinks, snacks, fruits, game room, ping pong table, etc…

      A good place to learn

      Insecure, immature management favors few and cannot make any decisions without outside help (Higher Management) in the US. They work like a sweat shop. As long as you are in the popular crowd you can get away with anything, otherwise reasons will be found to get rid of you.
