      No “small business feel”

      Pros

      The commute and easy parking.

      Cons

      Inability to manage employees, customers or their budgets. Leadership (to include a “few key members”) are not capable and ownership gives poor direction. ABSc will hire capable corporte support only to lay them off 3 months later. This has happened twice in 6 months. Looking for longevity where you have meaningful work and valued by leadership, look elsewhere.

      Great Mid Sized Company that still has a small feel

      Pros

      ABSc has experienced a lot of success the last 3 years with many wins. It is a great place to build your career with many contracts to do it.

      Cons

      As with many companies coming from small to mid sized ABSc has experienced there share of growing pains however they have brought in a few keys members to the leadership team and seem to be on track for contained success.
