Pros

Every office supports helping each other and providing hours/opportunities for shifts to be picked up depending on availability. Although there are several locations across the valley/Nevada each office is specially catered to their community and feels like a family atmosphere.. truly the best work environment I have ever been around (rare in dental to find that) Shout out Durango Kids for such an amazing team!

Cons

There are only two training locations located across town... They really help you learn and grow upon hiring but can be difficult to drive all the way east side if you live near Summerlin. Depending on how much experience you have also depends how long you have to train there. Worth it though!

Pros

As a clinician with 17 years of experience, I can confidently say that Absolute Dental has been one of the best companies I've had the privilege to work for. The company consistently upholds high standards and stays current with updated periodontal protocols, which has been crucial for providing the best care to our patients. What sets Absolute Dental apart is the incredible level of collaboration between DDS and dental hygienists and all other dental specialties. Together, we are able to diagnose and determine the best course of action for our patients, always putting their health and well-being first. There is zero pressure to bring in profit at the expense of unnecessary procedures or billing—something that I greatly appreciate as it allows me to maintain my professional integrity and protect my license. In my 8 years with Absolute Dental, I have felt valued as a clinician. My opinions are listened to and respected, and the company truly cares about its employees and the patients we serve. Their commitment to providing compassionate care to the entire Nevada community without discrimination speaks volumes about their ethical values. The financial and professional stability here has been a cornerstone of my career, it is rare to find such a supportive and ethical environment in this field. I cannot see myself working for any other dental company long-term. Absolute Dental listens, values input, and consistently acts to improve both patient care and the work experience for their team members. This is why I remain loyal to the company and am committed to contributing to its ongoing success.

Cons
