Patient base, equipment, some team members are fun to work with

Cons

Upper management’s approach to leadership seems that there is a disconnect between office managers and staff, and at times, it feels as though there is a us vs. them mentality. Upper management often presents themselves as being above the rest of the team, which creates a sense of division rather than fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

-As a provider, I am given complete autonomy over treatment planning, preferred materials, and anything clinical. I am not expected to do any managerial duties. -True transparency in regards to production -Timely and reliable compensation -Great work environment and office culture really allows me to build relationships with patients and do my best work.

Cons

-None. I have held several associate positions in my career all around the US, and this is my favorite place I have worked.
