Good pay and benefits. Caring and generous CEO. Work from home policy twice a month.

Cons

Projects are disorganized. We are not given any clear requirements of what needs to be developed. We face hostility when seeking clarity. The product owners and business analyts run around like headless chickens. Neither they nor the leadership have any clue what they want us to implement. As developers we spend more time do their jobs than write code. Directors not willing to allocate enough resources to the project and yet expect us to move mountains within a couple of months. Frequent last minute changes in requirements from indecisive management.

Cons

This has to be one of the only large companies that doesn't offer short term disability. You're expected to go on EI, which is capped at $628/week *max*, if you get very sick or need surgery. I've never seen a company not offer this before. So, don't be human if you work here. You're expected to use your own personal device (phone) for work with no compensation There is no internal job board, so you have no real idea what internal teams are hiring
