Very minimal cons for me at this time. What I would say is that innovation is always coming from the product team, so anyone that is focused on sales needs to be a fast learner to ensure that they can communicate the product effectively. You'll need to make sure to take initiative and communicate across teams because there is no hand holding, but this is what polishes a sales professional to be the best. No real cons here that I see!

I don’t have any. I do wish we had an option for hybrid work, but I also don’t think this is a con being fully remote either.

Pays a bit low compared to other LMS'! They have no parental leave!

Pay equity issues and unfair practices.

Employee onboarding was subpar compared to other companies I've been with. Many bugs with the software so there is always a lot of work for everyone. The pay is definitely not adequate for the amount of work expected. If you're a minority or not from Canada, you will feel like it's not the easiest for you to move up in the company. There are not many minorities or non-Canadians who are in high positions. Saw a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion ad from the company, and was disheartened that there was no one who was my race. There is a lot to do and you have metrics to meet, so you will feel anxiety about meeting them and will silently commit yourself to doing unpaid overtime to meet them, which sucks. Need more and better health insurance options for non-Canadians.

Product is stale, product team leadership is resistant to change

Non existent benefits for international employees

Pay is a little low Leads were very small orgs for our team making it close to impossible to hit or exceed quota, very quick to put sale people on plan.
