* Absorb is growing aggressively * Absorb has maintained a good work culture through it's growth * Absorb provides a great Life>Work balance. Leaders are very passionate to not work extra, they advocate to avoid burn out, and have demonstrated they care about their people a lot. * The benefits package is solid and offers a good range/array of coverage.

Cons

* Absorb has been going pretty hard on AI Development which has added value to the platform but at times, is difficult to keep up with. * Executive level leadership has been changing frequently (but appears to have settled).

Cons

Mostly a remote environment which is not a serious con but it does make it difficult to foster workplace collaboration.

Cons

Acquisition can be tricky sometimes so a bit of culture stuff there when acquisition first happened but tons of my fave colleagues still there so in good hands!

leaders are very new in their role and will not help their team succeed so much as they will regurgitate praise and "do better" with no real direction for success. leaders have very little control over their team's success due to higher ups quitting, changing direction, not communicating changes in the road map, etc. leaders show they are overwhelmed and overworked by c-suite not understanding or trying to keep a director in place CSMs are grossly underpaid and the benefits are EXPENSIVE. not to mention the quarterly changes to software and the role to keep the group afloat

These aren't just superficial benefits; they contribute to a positive and rewarding environment. And speaking of positive environments, our onsite meetings in Calgary, AB, are genuinely great.
