1) People- They behave so much human and respectful. 2) Processes- All processes are clear and on paper and being followed so not much scope of any confusions. 3) Clear goals- Goal and objective of the organisation is so clear with the top management. 4) Stable management- The top level people at management are highly experienced, level headed and with the organisation since beginning. 5) Work life balance- One gets good of both work and personal life.

The people are absolutely the nicest. Everyone wants everyone to do well and they are mindful of balance in personal and professional priorities. The product is great, people love it and it really seems to be growing.

Cons

There are a lot of products to learn and a lot of the training is through web videos. I would prefer a bit more ILT to balance out the self service videos, but it's always hard to start over. The insurance benefits are not as great as I would have liked but I am hopeful things will improve, soon, in that area.
