Excellent tools at your fingertips which enable you to do your job well Information is easy to find Workflows make sense Great Coworkers, the people here are genuinely kind and friendly. The "no jerks allowed" rule is highly enforced at Absorb! Excellent Leadership Team, my ,manager is awesome! In my short tenure here, she has ensured that I have everything that I need in order to be successful in my role. She was well prepared with my onboarding, my early days were well laid out for me. I never once have felt unsupported or alone in my role.

Good benefits WFH Salary used to be comparable but not anymore because you are bombarded with work that is way past the salary they pay for the title

Cons

No work life balance Explicitly ask you to work extra hours Management can’t plan their growth and push the extra work load on to employees without any extra benefit or appreciation Everyone has to work an extra mile during acquisition projects but there is no remuneration/ appreciation No job security It is normal to receive emails from management around 10pm to which you are expected to respond Asst. Controller/ Controller position had turnover of 5 times in less than a year Highly stressful department to work in
