Pros
I can't speak highly enough about those in manager roles at Absorb. My direct manager allows me to tackle my job responsibilities in ways that work best for me, allowing me to be most effective in my role. But she also is in my corner whenever I need assistance/support. The work-life balance at Absorb could not be better. Whenever I need to take time off for my personal life, there is never a feeling of guilt or worry, the entire team is extremely understanding and aware of the importance of individuals' personal time away from work!
Cons
In my opinion, I have not come across a con as of yet working for Absorb. I am extremely happy to be part of a company that continues to grow year after year.
