Absorb is a fantastic, growing organization that makes me happy and motivated to log into work each day. The people, culture and leadership inspire me to excel not only for myself but the company as a whole. I have been provided opportunities for growth, training and development, and I know my leadership believes in me. There is no micromanagement and you can feel supported and appreciated. Working from home full-time is a wonderful bonus, but the Calgary head-office is also a nice environment to visit for a change of pace or get together with other Absorbers. I've made wonderful personal and professional relationships at every level of the organization and I love the "no-jerks" philosophy. From a Sales lens, we are selling a fantastic product that is industry-leading and supported by an amazing Client Success team. Loving and believing in your product makes selling it with passion easier. Leadership is open to feedback and is not siloed.
Cons
There is a lot of competition in the LMS space, but Absorb has wonderful features, functionality and support that provides a much larger value than competitors.
