The people - everyone is wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. The culture - the organization is always looking for ways to learn and grow together, fun atmosphere with hardworking individuals. Great work life balance, recognition & benefits.

Cons

Pros

I can't speak highly enough about those in manager roles at Absorb. My direct manager allows me to tackle my job responsibilities in ways that work best for me, allowing me to be most effective in my role. But she also is in my corner whenever I need assistance/support. The work-life balance at Absorb could not be better. Whenever I need to take time off for my personal life, there is never a feeling of guilt or worry, the entire team is extremely understanding and aware of the importance of individuals' personal time away from work!

Cons

In my opinion, I have not come across a con as of yet working for Absorb. I am extremely happy to be part of a company that continues to grow year after year.

Remote work, Amazing office if you live in Calgary, Uncapped Commission, Career progression, Great vacation structure, and bosses and peers that are very encouraging.

Cons

This is being really picky but, some shift work.
