So so many. To begin with the interview process was a great experience. Kirsty was fantastic to deal with and really took the time to ensure there was a great fit both ways and not just interested in it from the companies prospective. This experience flowed through to meeting other leaders part of the process and it was a very enjoyable experience which finalised with a presentation on me and what I want and how I like to work and be managed which I really appreciated. Once I started the great experience continued and has continued to this day. The advertised “no jerk” policy is very much real and I am yet to come across anyone that isn’t interested in a great team experience to further grow the company to the benefit of everyone.

Great product, great leadership team that keeps things transparent, great people in general to work with. The ability to work in the Calgary office if you're near, or fully remote is a huge bonus to daily life and work/life balance. I genuinely enjoy working with my coworkers every day. The company is at a size where your opinion really matters and you can actually enact the change you think will work, and see the result.
