- Working with many talented individuals. - Awesome work from home policy. - Updated pay structure. - Great Benefits package. - 4 weeks of paid vacation. - Can install video games on company laptop to enjoy over lunch. - CEO and all executive really put focus on keeping the employees healthy. First company I know of in Calgary to allow work from home (even before Alberta had its first case). - Yearly Bonus - Yearly Compensation Increase - Swag

Cons

Growing pains at times but I see that as strides that are needed to be taken to get Absorb to be the very best LMS around.

By far one of the best places I have ever worked at. The workplace is very friendly, and you're allowed to have a bit of fun. Nobody is ever breathing down your neck; it is always a team effort with your supervisor. They really take care of their employees! Lots of room for job growth

Cons

It seems like some of the devs have become a bit disgruntled but I don't know much about that. Different building
