Pros

You meet nice people that make the work day feel more pleasant

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate. Upper level management does not have the professional experience to be holding the positions they have. Definitely felt micromanaged as well as thrown under the bus by management.

Pros

You'll learn a great deal about client relationships, technology, integrations and more. The team is knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions.

Cons

After sometime, I noticed the upper management was cliquey. The benefits could be better. After a while, the work goes from interesting to irritating.

Pros

Acadaca is an absolutely fantastic company! I got my start here after college and it was the best move I ever could have made. The amount that you will learn in the project management role will certainly prepare you for any career move you might want to make after. Not only will you learn a lot about technology & the ecommerce industry, but you will also gain valuable skills that can be used in any field such as organization skills, time management, analytical, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills. They will teach you everything and have confidence in their employees. I knew absolutely nothing about the ecommerce industry before my position here and now I am a successful professional in the industry. The company is also super tight-knit and laid back. Everyone enjoys everyone's company so the environment makes it easier to get through the projects together. Most employees also hangout outside of work during a weekly happy hour. The management are all wonderful people as well and although they are quite busy, they will always make time to help you when needed.

Cons

The only con I would mention is that sometimes the work can be substantial and overwhelming at times.
