Academy works hard to give it's employees the tools to be successful in an ever-changing market. They are forward thinking when it comes to the changing environment of compliance, marketing, technology and customer engagement. The mission is to be 1st choice when it comes to customers, business partners and employees, they work hard at making this a reality for all involved.

Pros

This company truly cares about their people. Making it easy and accessible for their LOs to succeed, and understanding the big picture road map is evident. The culture is second to none. The family owned mentality and vibes radiate! Love it here, and don't plan to leave for years to come.

Cons

I don't see cons, to be honest...Ever issue that comes up is quickly addressed, making for an effortless team environment.

Pros

I love the corporate culture. Employees are the best of both worlds: hard-workers who dream big, but also know how to have fun. I'm proud of our commitment to service via the Academy Foundation - nationally and internationally, Academy helps people living in poverty.

Cons

None that I'm aware of - however, I notice that Loan Officers often switch from company to company, so maybe employee retention.
