      Their focus on sustainable home ownership is a breath of fresh air. Leadership listens. Giving back to community is huge.

      Cons

      Grew too fast. Put the wrong people in the wrong positions.

      Pros

      Love the Open Door policy with managers. The CEO Adam Kessler is such an approachable person! I love his family values with his own family! The company will compensate very well for doing your job accurately and in a timely matter.

      Cons

      You must have great Self Discipline and be able to take full accountability/reasonability for your loans. Have major work flow with closing loans in less than 10 days. The company has great understanding of Work-Life balance. I really miss working with this company!! I would go back in an heart beat!!!
