Business Outlook
Pros
Many great people in local and corporate offices. Good focus on values-based business in most areas. Pay and benefits were good and in the past there were great opportunities for coaching, training and personal development.
Cons
Company is experiencing significant technology issues/challenges currently and is struggling as well with Operational Excellence on some levels. There have been significant leadership changes throughout the organization in the past year that have led to a "shift" in the current direction and culture of the company. Many seasoned/top Loan Officers and Managers have recently left the company or are currently considering leaving as a result of these issues.
