Pros

You can gain a lot of experience and I have moved up in the company several times. It took hard work, compassion and many long hours. When Acadia bought are company we had more funds to expand and help more people.

Cons

Staff is at times over worked and more so for those of us who lack work life balance. I worked for a private company before we were bought by Acadia. I feel many of the employees deserve a better salary

outstanding growth, great opportunity for career development, reimbursement for many seminars/certifications towards your career field nice culture - 4 billion dollar company but still feels like small family owned company. competitive salary perks (starbucks everyday, birthday celebrations, Christmas party, company events like chili cook off and Sounds game)

Cons

benefits aren't great. premiums are high and there is no 401k match.
