Ample resources to work with, time for patient interactions, adequate training regularly provided, awesome people to work with (usually)

Cons

Not always the most efficiently oiled machine ever. It really depends on upper management to make changes, and that doesn't always happen. Also, under-staffing happens regularly and maintenance staff is always under-staffed where certain areas do not receive cleaning at all like the gym. Being a hospital as well, communication is always a big area that can be improved.
