victim of takeover

Pros

Acadia bought my company out a year ago. Only positives since takeover, paycheck and dedicated coworkers that really care about the patients when company obviously does not.

Cons

Lost benefits and vacation hrs. Company only cares about making a profit. No support with alot changes being made. Patients and staff are only seen as dollar signs.

Pros

The office is in a central location, people can have access from car, bus or walking.

Cons

Management is terrible - they pile on the work. Some counselors having a caseload of 70 patients! In addition to seeing new patients, doing float counselors duties, etc. Pay is mediocre for this job. Stress levels extremely high!
