Pros

I made some good friends and was able to add a few skills to my resume.

Cons

There was very little training but you are expected to know every aspect of your role somehow. There is no such thing as open communication and if you try to express your thoughts or concerns, you are immediately shut down. You don't have an opinion here. They tell people that hours are flexible, they're not. You're told to falsify reports in order to make the company look good. You're also told to write fake testimonials and try to remove any negative reviews or articles made about your facilities. You're not just a marketing coordinator/manager, you also are responsible for aspects of accounting, HR, account management, and PR. Rather than hiring more people, you're just given more and more responsibilities that fall out of the realm of your job description. You're given unrealistic deadlines and ridiculed if you don't meet them. You will never be acknowledged for a job well done. Everyone on your team is held to the same standard and receive the same promotions, even if you work harder, put in more hours, or have more work. Management won't step in and help alleviate tension between employees or address problem employees, you're an adult and you should be able to handle these situations on your own. Benefits are terrible and they don't match on your 401k. If you want to advance your career in marketing, healthcare, or are genuinely concerned about the welfare of those you're 'helping' put into treatment, then do not work here. This company solely cares about money and the number of admissions their facilities can get each month. Even though they are a behavioral health company, they certainly do not care about the well-being of their employees.

Pros

There aren't any. There simply aren't any! Well some of the staff are nice.

Cons

This is by far the worst company ever. Management is abusive and lack professionalism . This company has poor benefits hires you under the premise that you will be making incentives but that is not true . The company decides to get rid of positions and forces employees to take on positions that they were not hired for. Then you are threatened to do these jobs or else you will be terminated from your position. This is all an attempt to save money for the company this job does not benefit its employees and lacks respect for them. Supervision for employees is poor and is threatening. Morale is poor due to the lack of respect given by administrative staff. The turnover rate is extraordinarily high due to staff members leaving positions and due to excessive terminations by administrative staff. With all this being said it is difficult to concentrate on taking care of the population that we serve. This company is an absolute disgrace to healthcare and human services and it is embarrassing to work for. Any self-respecting therapist would not even consider staying at this job after a week .

Pros

Helping people put their lives back together. Staff is pleasant to work with. Good work hours early in and early out.

Cons

Originally worked for Habit OPCO when CRC took over the benefits were decreased and since Acadia took over the benefits are even worse. Lost holidays now e only get the major holidays and there is no match on the 401k, the stock is public but they we got zero match to our contributioms and they don't offer us any of their stock. High caseloads that violate state regulations.
