Pros

Decent pay and benefits, overtime opportunities, employee retirement plan (ESOP), free training and re-certifications, seven days off during a two week period (2-2-3 rotation schedule with ever other weekend off).

Cons

Favoritism and full of clique. Dispatch will take care of the crews that they like, but will not help the crews they don't like. Punishments are not always consistent. The punishment maybe more severe from one employee to another. Fire-hungry management. Ugly green uniform.

Cons

All companies have cons, Management could use some communication skills promotions should go to the qualified person not the person that is in the click
