Free lunches twice a week, parties, food and drinks

Cons

Leadership is ridiculous, has no clue what so ever and treats employees with utter disrespect. Recently employees were given drones to play with. Two days later CEO announces lack of funds in Town Hall Meeting and begins lay offs. All employees are asked to fill in "Great places to work" survey. Yes, its absolutely a great place to work if all you want from life is two free lunches and a drone to play with.

The location is the main driver why people settle working here. At first things might look okay, but it doesn't take long to find out.

Cons

Just like the recent reviews posted here in the last week, dishonesty and manipulation are the standard. At least try to look genuine but it's comical how obvious this wave of positive reviews have recently come in. So contrived, I'm embarrassed.

- Free Lunch - Benefit not bad

Cons

- New management team know nothing about the industry, only come aboard because of they know each other and plenty of openings; - Old Old Old technology developed about 20 years ago, keep adding new features only for some big customers. Company has no plan to upgrade the platform because of bad financial statement; - Treat people rudely, keep delay performance review. Since no money for salary raise and bonus. Also, will let go any team if can't meet sales pipeline, which happen every quarter.
