Flexible schedule, good healthcare, cell phone/commuter reimbursement. Technology is forward thinking, hopefully management catches up. Had nice office spaces around the country.

Cons

Forced employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor. Look out for positive reviews posted on the same day/week. Always a threat of layoffs. Acquired several companies, then laid everyone off. Awful customer service.

They have food in the snack room and feed you on Wednesdays that's the perk

Cons

Beware of thinking of working for this company they lay off every 4 months. Last week they got rid of the CEO Maury and then they got rid of everyone under him yesterday what a tragedy. But like I said when I put my review of last year the county and the state need to think about investing in another type of software I know this first-hand because member services have at over 50 plus emails from last year that just sit because there is no resolution you have to lie to the agencies if you don't believe me just call the County in Georgia and they will tell you how many times customer service says they are looking into the issue and will get back to them as soon as they know something.
