- Free food - A handful of great co-workers

Cons

No direction at all and when trying to create direction upper management would only disagree. Tech stack improvements were always denied leading to working with foundation code over 15 years old ONLY when trying to make new features or improvements. No leadership ladder or processes in place at all. No thought about the customer or their needs and wants but rather what can keep the company just above water to continue day-to-day operations. Lastly, if you like being micro-managed or wish to learn how to micro-manage this is the place for you.

Great benefits and highly connected global workforce. Has many opportunities within company. Online employment and time tracking systems easy to use.

Cons

If you're in a company that's acquired by them, update your resume. They make multiple cuts to the workforce. I'm living proof of this. They let go of all our Quality Assurance Engineers so they could save money testing our software with their Chinese workers, then cut 14% of their developers worldwide before they went public.
