What's Better Than Going to Disney World? Working at ATL!

Pros

ATL is an exceptional company in which I am extremely honored to be a part of! ATL is great! It's impossible to ever have a gloomy face working here, as everyone is always so friendly and down to earth that any frown you may have for whatever reason will quickly turn upside down. It is truly a great pleasure to be part of such a great team! I literally call everyone here 'my friend!' Seriously, in the 21st century it's nice to find a place that is so down to earth yet so professional! I have been with ATL for going on six years and during that time there has never been a dull moment! Always something new around every corner!

Cons

There is not enough time in the day to enjoy all ATL has to offer!

Pros

Team-based thinking promotes a positive environment. Fellow employees are very helpful. Management is conscientious about life outside of work and accommodating for family and medical needs.

Cons

The knowledge base to support the products has a steep learning curve if you don't have the requisite background. They do however have a realistic timeline for on-boarding, which helps.

Constant growth potential, I feel challenged every day. The management is open and honest with the direction of the company. Smaller company allows for closer relationships with peers.
