Great Company Culture with Growth Opportunity

Pros

ATL is a growing organization with a very close-knit team and positive atmosphere. There is opportunity for growth and for employees to telecommute. We have many team members who work remotely at least several days a week, and many who work remotely full time. The management team is very supportive and continually soliciting input from staff for improvement opportunities.

Cons

We are a growing organization, so sometimes things change quickly and information may not always be communicated as quickly as it changes.

Pros

I love the organized training and logical process behind it. The entire team (besides developers- don’t feed the developers!) is absolutely open and available to help and it seems like the entire sales process is set up to work as a team. Everyone seems very happy and friendly and I can’t wait to find out more and work with these incredible folks! They’re very amenable to working with each individual and allow for remote and part-time opportunities. The company is small enough that you can get to know everyone!

Cons

The only downsides I may have (and I’m thinking hard) is the air handler is slightly loud in the offices and the healthcare benefits have room for improvement (lower costs), but comprehensively, working at ATL is absolutely worth it!

Pros

ATL has always had a culture that fosters an environment of support amongst all members of the team! ATL plans events outside of work that allow employees to get to know each other and their families as well as team lunches or celebrations that allow bonding time during work hours. The camaraderie between co-workers makes my time at ATL enjoyable, worthwhile, and satisfying.

Cons

When your first join the team, it can be difficult to ramp up and there can be a lack of clarity of what is expected of you.
