We are sorry you had a hard time keeping up with the requirements of the Territory Manager position; however, the position expectations outlined in your Offer Letter and Territory Manager Minimum Requirements documents that you signed as part of your on-boarding haven’t changed since 2019. The job posting, two interviews you were part of, your written offer letter, multiple policy documents, your extensive training period, as well as the position animation video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OUpnH6BXR3c) made it clear that the Territory Manager position that you were hired for is both, full-time and field-based.
Unfortunately, during your brief employment here, you struggled with attendance and accountability. It’s regretful that despite the numerous accommodations that were made to allow you to secure dependable childcare and arrange for reliable transportation to work, you were still falling short of the position requirements.
