Pros

Holiday pay, HSA, 401k, that’s it

Cons

Pretty much everything, unrealistic expectations, traveling 25-45 in between patients with no pay, no overtime pay, low patient case loads most of the year, pay per patient only, no annual raises, no bonuses, horrible medical benefits, management and branch is horrific, evil people, constant lies from higher ups, no follow through, HR does absolutely nothing

Thank you for sharing your experience. AccentCare is guided by principles of integrity, compassion, and excellence, which shape how we care for both patients and employees. Field‑based roles do involve travel, and we understand the challenges that can bring. AccentCare offers market‑competitive pay, incentive opportunities, premium pay for overtime/holidays, and mileage reimbursement to support clinicians in these positions. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, mental well‑being support, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and holidays, all designed to support overall well‑being. We’re concerned to hear you felt unsupported by management or HR. Our values call us to honor our commitments and build trust, and feedback like yours helps us improve. Thank you again for your honesty. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome a conversation to better understand your experience and continue improving for our teams.

Pros

I know that my work here is contributing to a greater good. That causes this work to enrich my life. I work in corporate and find that the people here are authentically helpful and committed to our mission: We provide patients with the care they need, when they need it, in the place they call home. The that the people I help attract provide dignity and comfort to patients and families and that makes me feel good about my contributions. I'm paid higher than I ever have been before. I've been able to meet people from all over the organization! Nurses, PTs, Hospice Care Consultants, marketing people, the whole talent acquisition team and many others. Every single one of them has shown me that they're committed to supporting the people our teams care for.

Cons

As is the case with many large organizations, sometimes a little more patience is required to get things done.

Pros

The pay was good, that’s about it.

Cons

They are unorganized, they have people in place that don’t do their job. They micromanage.
