Pros

There are none really. I had a family member yell at them, because they were calling everyone from my emergency contact looking for me to pick up a case. Btw that cause a lot of family arguments. My reason to not pick up a case was that I was also going to school. And even had the nerve to ask me to skip a class because they needed someone to cover a shift, last minute!!!!

Cons

They are currently in a lawsuit for underpaying employees. I have been in situations where I needed assistance with patients and no support. Both patients and caregivers were always worn out with very little pay.

Questionable Potential

Pros

The company has a strong vision for being a leader in the Home and Hospice industries. The resources available, if used well, can make this happen.

Cons

The employees seem to be seen as "stepping stones" and not "people" who have lives outside of work, so turnover is very high. Clients notice this. Employees do not seem to be valued by middle management. What is preached at the top by the CEO simply does not translate down to the bottom who carry out the mission.
